Marlene & Kawika Wedding

October 25th, 2008, Hilo, Big Island of Hawaii

Hanging out with the groom, his brother and bride’s brother, Sammy. Sammy is also a talented professional photographer. I want to thank him here for being a great help throughout the day!

The wedding was held at a quaint old-style house built in the late 1800’s, right outside of Hilo town on a cliff edge.  It was a such a beautiful location! The bride’s father held a touching ceremony.

Beautiful authentic Hawaiian music was being played.

Bev took this awesome ring shot!

The night was perfect.  Stars were so bright and there was not one cloud in the sky.  Not very common for Hilo. :)

Marlene & Kawika, thank you for letting us capture your beautiful wedding.  Congratulations!

November 24, 2008 - 7:21 pm Sammy Tillery - Aloha James, thank you so very much for shooting my sisters wedding. You and your wife were a pleasure have. I got to be honest, I wasn't sure if I was gonna like some of your angles, and my style of photography is less photojournalistic, but after seeing your finished work, I absolutely LOVE THEM!!! I can't wait to see more. Keep up the GREAT work. Mahalo, Sammy
