September 11th, 2008, Hapuna Beach, Big Island of Hawaii

Karen of Karen Tran Florals (San Diego) asked us to photograph a trash-the-dress session with her husband Russ as they vacationed here on their first anniversary.  Karen is a talented artist, so it was an honor that she chose us to photograph their special time together. They first renewed their vows on the beach.  So sweet!  You should see their actual wedding — it was even featured on WETV “Beach Weddings”.  Beautiful!

Karen and Russ, happy anniversary and many more to come!  :)  Also special thanks to Bev for all her help again.  She took many of the shots above and many are my favorite of the set.

Your pictures are spectacular...the best I've seen on all the Hawaii sites I've looked at. Love the range and diversity of the looks, the couple is gorgeous too, I'm sure that helped a little.

April 9, 2010 - 7:16 am wendy - Hi Wow, nice setting nice people and a lot of fun it seems I might be interested in buying the trashed wedding dress as is. I hope you are still in touch with the bride. The dress doesn't have to be cleaned!
